HARRISON, AR – The North Arkansas Medical Foundation is pleased to announce a generous donation from Dr. Corey Smith and his wife, Sarah Smith. Dr. Smith is an OB/GYN at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center’s Family Medicine Clinic. The contribution of more than $8,500 has funded the purchase of a new wireless fetal monitoring system for labor and delivery services at the hospital, which will advance maternal care and improve the birthing experience for mothers throughout North Central Arkansas.

Harrison, AR-March 2026 – North Arkansas Regional Medical Center’s stroke care team has been recognized by the Arkansas Department of Health for excellence in helping stroke patients safely transition from hospital care to recovery at home.

Notice to Our Patients Regarding UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage Plans

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is committed to transparency and keeping our patients informed. We want to notify you that, effective February 15, 2026, the hospital facility will nolonger be in-network with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Medicare Advantage plans. In addition, NARMC-affiliated medical group providers will beout of network effective August 1, 2026.

Harrison, AR-January 2026 – North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is pleased to announce the relocation of NARMC Physicians Clinic to its new location at 224 W Erie Ave in Harrison, AR. Led by urologist Daniel Decker, MD, with advanced practice care provided by Hannah Wilburn, APRN, this new, beautifully remodeled space is conveniently located just one block south of the previous clinic location. The former clinic, located on the NARMC campus, will continue to serve patients as the home of NARMC Cardiology Clinic.

Harrison, AR (October 16, 2025)– North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) has joined the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Nursery Alliance, a statewide collaboration designed to strengthen newborn care across Arkansas.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and strong ties to the local community, McAnulty brings a deep well of knowledge and a commitment to patient-centered care to her new role.

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) has been recognized with multiple statewide honors for its leadership and commitment in delivering timely, high-quality stroke care to patients across north Arkansas. Most notably, NARMC has been officially designated as an Arkansas Stroke Ready Hospital by the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH), following a successful site survey and evaluation of the hospital’s emergency stroke protocols and resources.

HARRISON, ARK (March 20, 2025) – The Kiwanis Club of Harrison has made a pledge of $30,000 to support the creation of a much-needed pediatric therapy sensory gym within the Therapy Services Department at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC). This gift, which includes the recent presentation of a $15,000 check, is an integral part of the expansion of the Pediatric Therapy Services Department at NARMC.
