Food & Nutrition Services NARMC

At NARMC, we believe in the power of nutrition to enhance health and well-being. Our nutrition and dietetic services are designed to help patients understand how their food choices impact their overall health. Our registered dietitians, as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, work closely with other members to create personalized nutrition plans that promote optimal health.

Our on-site café provides nutritious dining for hospital patients, guests, and staff. Located on the first floor, the café serves:

  • Breakfast: 6:30 - 9:30 AM
  • Lunch: 11:00 AM - 1:15 PM

The café is open Monday through Friday.

Snacks and refreshments may be obtained 24 hours a day through vending machines located on the second-floor tower waiting room and on the first-floor main hallway.

Medical Nutrition Therapy

Medical nutrition therapy (MNT) is a therapy and counseling service provided by a registered dietitian for the purpose of disease management through behavioral and lifestyle changes to impact long-term eating habits and health. MNT education is available for disease prevention and management of chronic conditions. NARMC has two registered dieticians, Monica Hunt and Paula Cantu, available for MNT counseling/education.
