Harrison, AR-January 2026 – North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is pleased to announce the relocation of NARMC Physicians Clinic to its new location at 224 W Erie Ave in Harrison, AR. Led by urologist Daniel Decker, MD, with advanced practice care provided by Hannah Wilburn, APRN, this new, beautifully remodeled space is conveniently located just one block south of the previous clinic location. The former clinic, located on the NARMC campus, will continue to serve patients as the home of NARMC Cardiology Clinic.
The relocation, effective January 5, 2026, reflects NARMC’s continued investment in the growth of specialty services and its commitment to meeting the evolving healthcare needs of the community. The expanded space enhances access to care while supporting continued growth within the urology program and the advanced services offered by the clinical team.
“We are now into our third year of urology at NARMC, and this clinic will certainly support continued growth and allow us to expand the care we provide,” said Dr. Decker. “We have already established one of the only laser centers of excellence in the state and successfully introduced robotic urologic surgery at NARMC. This newly renovated space positions us well as the program continues to grow and evolve.”
Dr. Daniel Decker, a Board-Certified Urologist, brings extensive experience in advanced urologic care and has earned multiple distinctions for his clinical expertise. He is designated as a Center of Excellence for GreenLight™ Laser Therapy, recognizing his high level of experience and successful outcomes in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with more than 125 procedures performed. Dr. Decker is also recognized as an InterStim Center of Excellence for his work in neuromodulation therapies, having completed more than 270 InterStim tests and implants, placing him among the top implanters in Arkansas and nationally. His clinical interests include urologic cancers, kidney stones, BPH, chronic urinary tract infections, incontinence, erectile dysfunction and prosthetic surgery, and other complex conditions.
Hannah Wilburn, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in urologic care, and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered support to individuals managing both chronic and complex urologic conditions.
