Hospice Care Services NARMC

Hospice doesn't mean giving up on hope; it means redefining what you hope for. During this difficult period, when you or a loved one is approaching the end of life, your hopes can shift towards what really matters. This involves ensuring the patient's comfort and relief from pain, as well as providing the necessary support to family members.

Our services may be managed by the patient’s personal physician and include:

  • Skilled nursing and experienced certified nursing assistance
  • Palliative (Comfort) Care
  • Respite Care
  • Oxygen
  • Chaplain and Bereavement Counseling
  • Social Worker
  • Trained Volunteers
  • Nutritional Counseling

The Hospice team at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center will create a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere, where patients can be surrounded by loved ones, all with a focus on improving the overall quality of life. Our mission statement articulates our core purpose most clearly: Hospice of the Hills is dedicated to offering assistance within a family-centered care setting to individuals nearing the end of life and their families. We aim to uphold their human dignity and enhance their quality of life, while also promoting family togetherness and their highest level of well-being. Additionally, we work towards minimizing the expenses associated with terminal illness.
