North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is providing the following information to help our patients understand upcoming changes to our participation with UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage.

• Facility Services (hospital inpatient, outpatient, emergency, diagnostics, etc.): NARMC will remain in-network for UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage through February 14, 2026.
• Professional/Provider Services (physician, nurse practitioner, and other clinical services billed under individual provider numbers): NARMC-employed providers will remain in-network for UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage through July 31, 2026.

After the applicable dates above, NARMC and/or its providers will no longer be contracted with UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage, and services may be considered out-of-network under your plan. Out-of-network services may result in higher out-of-pocket costs.
