North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is excited to welcome Becky McAnulty, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, to the Cardiology Clinic, located on the 2nd floor of the hospital campus. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and strong ties to the local community, McAnulty brings a deep well of knowledge and a commitment to patient-centered care to her new role.

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, McAnulty earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas Tech University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Cox College.

Her early career began at NARMC, where she spent 16 years caring for patients as a registered nurse in ICU, Stepdown, Pediatrics, and Clinical Education. Since becoming a nurse practitioner in 2016, McAnulty has worked in cardiology, providing care at Walker Heart and Arkansas Heart Hospital clinics in Harrison. She now continues this work at NARMC, bringing valuable experience in managing cardiac conditions and helping patients improve their heart health.

Throughout her career, McAnulty has emphasized a patient-centered approach. She takes time to educate individuals about their cardiac conditions and collaborates with them to develop realistic treatment plans that support long-term health. Her return to NARMC reflects both her clinical expertise and her commitment to improving access to specialty care in the region she calls home.

“As a lifelong resident of Newton and Boone counties, I’ve dedicated my career to serving this community,” McAnulty shared. “Practicing in a rural setting allows me to help reduce the burden of travel for specialty care and make a direct impact on patients’ lives right here at home.”

In addition to her clinical work, McAnulty is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association, and the American College of Cardiology. She has also contributed to nursing education throughout her career and remains passionate about mentoring future healthcare professionals.

“We are thrilled to welcome Becky McAnulty to the team,” said Kortni Dixon, Executive Director of Clinics. “With extensive expertise and a proven commitment to patient-centered cardiac care, Becky brings invaluable experience that will complement the exceptional care provided at our Cardiology Clinic.”

Outside of work, McAnulty enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 years and their two grown children. She loves being outdoors and stays active with farming, mule riding, kayaking, hiking, and traveling with family and friends.

McAnulty is currently accepting new patients at NARMC’s Cardiology Clinic, located at 620 North Main Street, Suite 2B in Harrison. To schedule an appointment, call (870) 414-4130.

NARMC is proud to welcome McAnulty to its team and looks forward to the impact she will continue to make in advancing cardiac care across the region.
