Join us on Saturday, April 18, 2026, for the NARMC Miles for Hope 5K, a community run/walk benefiting local cancer care at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center!
This meaningful event brings our community together to honor survivors, remember loved ones, and stand alongside those currently fighting cancer. Proceeds from the race directly support cancer care services at NARMC’s Claude Parrish Cancer Center, helping ensure patients in north central Arkansas can receive quality care close to home.
Whether you are a competitive runner, casual walker, first-time participant, or virtual supporter, there is a place for you at Miles for Hope!

Event Options
- 5K Run/Walk – Open to runners and walkers of all experience levels
- NEW One-Mile Fun Run – Perfect for families, beginners, and young participants
- Virtual Run/Walk – Participate from anywhere and still make an impact
Children ages 4 and under may register free of charge, making this an event the whole family can enjoy!
Participant Highlights
- All registered participants will receive a commemorative race T-shirt, a finisher medal, and colorful Cancer Awareness Ribbons representing different cancers
- Race day will also feature a special Wall of Hope, where participants and survivors can share messages of encouragement, remembrance, and support
- Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K, first-place runners in eight age divisions in the 5K, and the top three overall finishers in the One-Mile Fun Run
