MEET DR. MALLETT:
Dr. Alexis Mallett is a general surgeon with experience in general, robotic, trauma and breast surgery. An Arkansas native, she grew up in Flippin and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas and medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before completing her general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.

Her own experiences as a patient helped shape both her decision to become a surgeon and the way she approaches patient care today. Dr. Mallett understands how important it is for patients to feel heard, informed and supported throughout the surgical process. She takes time to answer questions, explain what to expect and help patients feel comfortable with their care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, spending time on the lake, woodworking and interior design.
