Dr. Morgan, a graduate of University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, comes to Harrison after completing her residency at Shasta Community Health Center in Redding, California. Three nurses recently completed NARMC’s Nurse Residency program. Since the program began in 2012, 90 nurses have completed the program. The program provides nurses continued education and development of clinical nursing skills and a strong foundation in NARMC policies and procedures. The program is two- years-long, including eight weeks of classroom and laboratory instruction. During the rest of the residency, nurses are mentored by nursing managers. Recent graduates include
