We optimize health through food and nutrition. Many of us have been told “you are what you eat” and the NARMC nutrition and dietetic services helps patients understand the impact nutrition has on overall health. Our registered dietitians are part of a multi-disciplinary health care team and are responsible for working alongside other team members to optimize health through changes in an individual’s nutrition plan.
Our on-site café provides nutritious dining for hospital patients, guests and staff. Located on the first floor, the café serves breakfast from 7:00-9:30 AM, lunch from 10:30-1:30 PM, and dinner from 4:00-6:30 PM For daily menu options, call 870-414-4380.
Snacks and refreshments may be obtained 24 hours a day through vending machines located on the second floor tower waiting room and on the first floor main hallway.
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Medical nutrition therapy (MNT) is a therapy and counseling service provided by a registered dietitian for the purpose of disease management through behavioral and lifestyle changes to impact long-term eating habits and health.
