Dr. Rubio received his medical degree at Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines. He did his internship and residency in Primary Care Internal Medicine, Brookdale Universtity Hospital & Medical Center, Brooklyn New York. He completed his Clinical Fellowship in Rheumatoloy, UAMS, Little Rock.
