Every April, NARMC participates in a state-wide disaster drill. The type of disaster changes each year. This year, the disaster depicted in the drill was a flu pandemic. Employees from all NARMC departments participated in this drill. North Arkansas College nursing students participated as patients and victims. This practice helps the NARMC team identify best practices for how to serve our community in the event of an actual disaster.
