Northark Students Support Cancer Center

During Breast Cancer Awareness month, various community organizations host Pink Out activities. North Arkansas College recently hosted a Pink Out basketball game.

During the game, cancer survivors were recognized. Funds were raised from the Pink Out shirt sales. Recently, Phi Beta Lambda and Northark athletes presented a donation of $700 to the Claude Parrish Cancer Center. ParRTI board President, Scott Tennyson, accepted the check on behalf of the board. The ParRTI board supports the efforts of the Claude Parrish Cancer Center.

The Cancer Center offers chemotherapy and radiation treatment to patients in North Arkansas.

NARMC and the Claude Parrish Cancer Center are thankful for Northark students and their dedication to cancer awareness.
