NARMC Patients Encouraged to Take Advantage of Flu Clinic

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends yearly flu vaccinations. Patients, age 6 months and older, should receive the yearly vaccination because it is considered the first and most important step in protecting individuals against the flu and potentially serious complications.

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center wants to make it easy for our patients to receive the flu shot so we are setting aside Saturday, October 13th for a NARMC Patient Flu Clinic. Patients can receive their flu vaccinations from their healthcare provider at their individual clinic, but we want to make it simple for patients who are 18 years and older to receive their flu vaccination by offering this Saturday clinic to focus specifically on flu shots.

NARMC patients are invited to stop by the Family Medicine Clinic located at 724 North Spring in Harrison on October 13th between 9 am and noon to receive their flu vaccinations. Once a patient receives their vaccination their NARMC records will be updated and their healthcare provider will be notified. Co-pays will apply.
