Students Learn About Medical Careers in MASH Program

Twenty local high school students spent two weeks of their summer learning about careers in the medical field. The annual MASH (Medical Application of Science for Health) program is a two-week intensive summer program for high school students who will be entering their junior or senior year in the Fall school year. MASH is sponsored and funded by North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the Arkansas Farm Bureau, Arkansas Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Baptist Health and local businesses.
