NARMC Supports Believe Boone County Initiative

In 2016, leaders across Boone County began working on a strategic planning process. Out of that effort came #BelieveBooneCounty. The four focus areas include improving the region’s economy; workforce development, retention and recruitment; quality of life and telling our story with the goal of building and moving forward as a community.

A number of individuals and corporations have stepped up to support this effort financially. Recognizing the importance of each of the focus areas, the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) Board of Directors has pledged $18,750 in support of the #BelieveBooneCounty campaign.

“As the second largest employer in Boone County, we understand the importance of supporting the Chamber’s efforts. We are proud to help highlight our community’s strengths since so many of our NARMC team calls Boone County home. As a board, we are proud to support #BelieveBooneCounty,” NARMC Board Chairman Dan Bowers said.

“This commitment by the NARMC Board of Directors is an example of their dedication to the health and safety of the community we serve,” NARMC President and CEO Vince Leist said.
