NARMC Announces New Director of HIM

 North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is proud to announce Kristopher Apperson has joined the team as Director of Health Information Management. Before joining NARMC, Apperson held a similar position at Clarinda Regional Health Center in Clarinda, Iowa.

 

 

Apperson is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Biology/Psychology and a post-baccalaureate certificate in health information administration from Clarkson College, Omaha, Nebraska.

 

Apperson will report to Deana Thomas, Vice President Financial Services and CFO.

 

“Kris has a strong track record of leading health information departments and we are looking forward to capitalizing on his experience to strengthen our organization,” Thomas said regarding adding Apperson to the NARMC team.

 

“During the interview process, I was impressed with NARMC and the positive trending the hospital has experienced in recent years both in financial strength and organizational development,” Apperson said. He continued, “I’m looking forward to getting involved in the community and contributing to the continued success of NARMC.”
