North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) was proud to host Boone County Leadership on Tuesday for their medical focus day. The group completed health risk assessments, which consisted of a wellness profile, assessment, biometric screening and blood draw. NARMC’s President and CEO Vincent Leist spoke to the group about strategic directions in healthcare and community leadership. The group also participated in a mini-version of NARMC’s new employee orientation.
In the afternoon, the group toured the facility with Auxiliary Volunteer, Jerry Jones and then toured the Air-Evac and EMS headquarters.
NARMC’s goal was for the group to gain an understanding of leadership in healthcare today and the leadership role of NARMC in our community.
