
North Arkansas Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce DeLana Dawn Shoemake, RN has been promoted to Critical Care Manager. In this position, Ms. Shoemake is responsible for nursing services and patient care for all patients in the Critical Care, Step Down, and Pediatric Units. After beginning her career as an RN in the Medical/Surgical Unit at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, Shoemake was promoted to Charge Nurse in 2011 followed by promotion to the House Supervisor in 2014 and Nurse Manager in 2016. “Dawn has done a remarkable job in demonstrating the true mission, vision and values of NARMC. It is an honor to welcome Dawn to the NARMC leadership team,” said Sammie Cribbs, MSN, Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer.
Ms. Shoemake holds the following certifications; BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, STABLE, CPI, NRP and is currently attending Arkansas State University pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Ms. Shoemake is married and has 2 children. She enjoys cooking and travel in her leisure time.
