North Arkansas Regional Medical Center hosted a welcome reception for Dr. Ross Halsted on Tuesday, September 19. Dr. Halsted is a Harrison native who is the newest member of the Family Medicine Clinic. Dr. Halsted graduated from UAMS in Little Rock and has more than 7 years of family medicine experience. North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) has announced an art competition for area students. The theme for this year’s submissions will be compassion and hope. Awards will be given to first- and second-place winners in four grade categories: 1st-3rd, 4th -6th, 7th-9th and 10th-12th, plus one overall Best of Show.
