Donna has been employed with North Arkansas Regional Medical Center since 1992. She has performed in a variety of capacities of nursing and has served in the role as the Director of Nursing since 2016. Donna is a highly competent Registered Nurse with 30 years’ experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, urology, medical-surgical including 3 years ICU experience. She graduated from North Arkansas College in 1995 with an Associate Degree in Nursing and then in 2017 from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Donna utilizes a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to drive quality of care and performance excellence to achieve operational and clinical success. She has provided nursing services during multiple mission trips to Mexico over the course of 5 years and also serves as a Volunteer Board Member of the Office of Emergency Medicine.
